Here’s how things work behind the scenes.
How do I update my match details?
Log in and go to your Profile tab. Under Matching Details, you can edit your discipline, website or LinkedIn profile, and other matching preferences. We include this info in your monthly match emails and SMS/WhatsApp messages.
When do I get my matches?
Matches go out at the start of each month — it’s your monthly surprise. For April 2025, our launch month, matches will arrive later in the month, on the 30th of April 2025.
How will I receive my matches?
We’ll email your match group to you, and if you’ve added your phone number, we’ll also send your match info via text or WhatsApp. 👉 Add your number in My Profile → Profile Settings.
How can I share feedback?
We’d love to hear from you. 👉 https://feedback.researchlunchclub.com/member or if you'd like to leave us review: https://feedback.researchlunchclub.com/reviews
Did I win a free lunch this month?
If you’ve tagged us on Instagram Stories or on LinkedIn with a photo of your lunch meetup and tagged our handle (Research Lunch Club), you’re in the draw! Every month, we reimburse lunches (up to $25 USD) for standout community members. If you win, we’ll email you and ask for your lunch receipt.
Can I change my location?
We’re working on this! In the meantime, if you’ve moved to another active city, just email us at support@researchlunchclub.com and we’ll help update your match location.
